Sylvester Lopez-Cordova
Sylvester is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized by the Internal Revenue Service to represent clients in audits, collections, and appeals. His expertise includes business and individual accounting, corporate and individual tax preparation and planning, payroll management, financial statements, and business incorporation services (Corporations, LLCs, and partnerships), as well as registered agent services, corporate filings, and ongoing compliance support. He also provides strategic consulting, DMV registration and notary services, and assistance with agencies such as the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and the Employment Development Department. Fluent in English and Spanish, he serves a diverse client base with clear, practical financial guidance.
